When it rains, it pours for THQ. Already struggling with financial issues, the company is now being sued by a tattoo artist over the unlicensed use of a tattoo on one of the fighters in UFC Undisputed 3.

Chris Escobedo, owner of Elite Tattoo, claims that lion tattoo on Carlos Condit was an original creation. He said that THQ recreated the tattoo in game without his permission.

"I would not have agreed to the recreation of the tattoo by an animator."

His lawyer claims that tattoo artists have full rights to their work, unless a written contract states otherwise. According to Polygon, a similar case was settled with a different tattoo artist regarding The Hangover 2 and how one character had a tattoo on his face similar to one made on Mike Tyson's face.

If i were THQ i would patch the game and in place of a lion put "Chris Escabedo is a Dick!" it just to have something real to sue about.
