  • New Borderlands 2 DLC Information, Captain Scarlett, Hidden in Necromancer Update Files

    0 Not allowed! Not allowed!
Fans on the PlayStation 3 noticed that new Borderlands 2 DLC information was tucked away in the PS3 trophy list. The trophies point to "Captain Scarlett and Her Pirate's Booty" DLC as being the first major piece of content to come to Borderlands 2.

Those on the PC version of the game noticed some additional information hidden in the game's source files.

    • Each class gets a new head.
    • New rarity level? (Level 6, "Seraph")
    • New items/weapons. (such as the Blood Relic, Anshin Evolution Shield, Scarlet's Greed, 12 Pounder, Little Evie, Stinkpot, and more!)
    • Lots of bosses and multiple raids (3) (such as Scarlett, the Leviathan, Hyperius the Invincible, and Master Gee the Invincible)
    • Covering someone in condiments

"Legends speak of Captain Blade's Lost Treasure of the Sands. Of a prize so great, that men would turn the sands red in pursuit of it. Of a pirate queen, courageous and deadly, who would stop at nothing to find it. Of a monstrous Leviathan. Of the Vault Hunters who journeyed to the desert town of Oasis, not knowing the horrors that would befall them."
