  • League of Legends Champions Festival at KCON 2014

    KCON 2014 will host the OGN League of Legends Champions Festival. KCON is the "largest annual fan celebration of Korean entertainment and culture" and it will play host to the Ongamenet League of Legends Festival - Special Greet & Match" this year.

    League of Legends fans will be able to participate in one of four Q&A sessions and special 5 vs. 5 friendly matches against Korean League of Legends pro gamers. Fans that purchase official merchandise will be able to get autographs and participate in photo sessions with Korean League of Legends pro gamers.

    CJ E&M’s Ongamenet, a South Korean cable channel specializing in the broadcast of E-sport matches, will be bringing former League of Legends professional gamer and current coach of Team Solo Mid (TSM), 'Locodoco’, as the MC/Commentator for this special event. Specific stars of Korean League of Legends professional gaming teams coming to KCON 2014 will be announced in the coming weeks.

    There will be two sessions each day, one running from 11AM-1:30PM and the second going from 3:30PM-6PM. More information on this special event at KCON 2014 can be found at the KCON USA website. The event will take place from August 9-10 in LA.
