Half-Life 1 Dedicated Server Update Released (May 16, 2013)

Time to party like it's 1999 as Valve has just released a new update to the
Half-Life 1 dedicated server. This obviously affects games such as
Counter-Strike 1.6,
Half-Life, and other GoldSrc based titles.
The update is optional but is strongly recommended since it fixes a lot of stuff across the board.
Changelogs for Half-Life and Counter-Strike 1.6
Half-Life
- Added "con_mono" convar, when set to 1 a monospaced font is used in the console. When toggling this value you must restart the game for it to take effect.
- Fixed dedicated server logs so they don't go into _addon or _download folders by mistake
- Fixed game directory not being set correctly under Mac OS X or Linux
- Fixed music tracks to correctly play across level change and to not stop (or restart) at unexpected times
- Clamped health values to fix display issues when it dropped below 1 or above 255
- Draw the "Paused" message when you pause the game
- Fixed custom game menus (like ones displayed by AMXModX) not rendering correctly
- Updated sound track to 44kHz, 128kbit MP3 for better listening experience
- Fixed test microphone button not working
- Updated SDL drop, fixes some mouse input issues
- Fixed 3rd party mods that use the base Half-Life 1 client.dll having bad mouse input behavior
- Fixed view jumping when coming in and our of VGUI1 menus under Half-Life, Team Fortress Classic and DeathMatch Classic
Counter-Strike 1.6
- Fixed dedicated server logs so they don't go into _addon or _download folders by mistake
- Fixed crash due to pointer double free in Counter-Strike 1.6
- Fixed console spam if a user connected with a particularly malformed UTF-8 name
- Fixed "bomb has been dropped" message staying on the screen
- Made keypad Enter key work for MOTD, team and class menus
- Clamped health values to fix display issues when it dropped below 1 or above 255
- Fixed non-latin names being corrupted in voice labels
- Fixed HTML form control elements not rendering correctly in the MOTD
- Fix the snapshot command in the software mode renderer, and change the screenshot command in the software renderer to produce TGA files
- Fixed test microphone button not working correctly
- Fixed crash in demoplayer when using invalid time offsets
- Fixed crash when spamming grenades while having the M3 purchased
- Fixed buy menu not working with shortcut keys if caps lock was enabled
Server admins can get this update by running steamcmd with app 90 (ex: steamcmd +logon anonymous +force_install_dir ..\hlds +app_set_config 90 mod czero +app_update 90 +quit). Hopefully you know what that means, since I have no idea.
