    Total War: Shogun 2 Workshop
A thousand battles, a thousand victories, but are they yours?
Create, discover and download historical battle scenarios, multiplayer maps and the most popular and accomplished mods. Or try out Total War TEd editor to create and upload your own.

The "best Total War yet" just got better. Today The Creative Assembly has launched the Total War™: SHOGUN 2 Assembly Kit; a suite of tools that enables ground-up modification of the entire Total War™: SHOGUN 2 product family. A sample historical battle, custom-built by The Creative Assembly, is available now on Steam to give new modders a convenient starting point.

Each day, individual titles in the Total War series will be going on sale for huge savings. Today, Total War: Rome can be yours for $1 (USD). Yes, you read that correctly, $1.

Tomorrow's deal? No idea! However, you can opt to pick up the Total War Master Collection which is offering up a 75% discount on all of the games.

I love Total War, I already gave some of my buddies Rome as a gift, best game for 1 dollar IMO.

Have you checked the new Rome II trailer?

If I remember correctly there was some sort of 1st Person View, so I figure some of those sequences might actually be that feature in action.
