I received a number of press mailings today, most of which are kind of neat! However, there are so many hours in the day and I can't spend all of them tossing up individual news posts for each of them. It's the sad reality of the 24 hour days that we live in. Hopefully, you'll be able to find something in these snippets below that interest you enough to check out. Without further ado, here are the latest NewsBits for July 20, 2016.

Day One Edition for Dragon Quest Builders (http://dragonquest-game.com/builders/us/) was revealed today. Square Enix revealed that those who get the Day One Edition of the game will get the Slimy Block recipe, Springtide Sprinkles recipe, and Gold Block recipe. Dragon Quest Builders will be out on October 11 for the PS4 and Vita.

ELEAGUE (http://www.e-league.com/finals/) CS:GO quarterfinals coverage begins tomorrow. Beginning Thursday, July 21 at 2PM (ET) on Twitch, you can catch the start of the quarterfinals for upcoming Championship Weekend for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. The first match finds EnVyUs going up against Fnatic, while the second match is Na'Vi versus Cloud9. Coverage on TBS begins at 10PM on Friday with Virtus Pro versus Ninjas in Pyjamas. This TBS coverage will also be on Twitch. More TBS coverage comes on July 29 at 5PM and 10PM. The championship is July 30 at 4PM on TBS and Twitch.

New action-strategy game, INVERSUS (http://www.inversusgame.com/), is out on August 16. Those on the PC and PlayStation 4 will get to test their minds and motor skills when INVERSUS is released for $14.99 (USD). Competitors face off against one another where your shots create the pathway for your enemy and vice versa. It is a game that is better seen than explained, as seen in the versus gameplay video below. DC Universe Online begins its Summer of Wonder (https://www.dcuniverseonline.com/news/dcuo-large-content-releases-2016) by opening all episodes to everyone. In honor of Wonder Woman's 75th anniversary, DC Universe Online is opening up all episodes of the game on July 20 when Game Update 62 is released. Players will have a month (until August 21) to play through this content that is usually locked behind a paywall. All players that login during this time will also get a Wonder Woman 75 in-game emblem.


PAC-MAN Championship Edition 2 is out this September on PS4, XB1, and Steam. The currently in development game features new 3D mazes, dynamic mazes, the ability to bump ghosts, and "giant sized ghost boss battles." Championship Edition 2 builds upon PAC-MAN Championship Edition DX's Chain Eating mechanic by letting players build up to four ghost trains before activating.


Once Heroes, a turn-based strategy RPG, was released on iOS and Android today. YJM Games released their latest RPG offering today on iOS (https://itunes.apple.com/app/once-heroes/id1112041986?mt=8) and Android (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gamp.dancinganchovy.google.oncehero&hl=en) platforms. It's a free game with optional in-app purchases. There are unique heroes that can utilize five different attributes (fire, water, wind, light, and darkness), an in-depth training system, 200 dungeons with three difficulty levels, and more.

Gears of War 4 will be at San Diego Comic-Con (http://news.xbox.com/2016/07/20/gears-war-4-san-diego-comic-con/). A demo will be available for those in attendance to play in addition to a panel, posters, and plenty of "collectibles." Those not going can look below to see the gameplay segment they'll miss out on playing.


The King of Fighters XIV (http://www.atlus.com/kofxiv/) shows off three new characters in latest trailer. Get a look at "Team China" consisting of Shun'ei, Tung Fu Rue, and Meitenkun.


I am Setsuna (http://www.iamsetsuna.com/us/) is out now. Those looking to scratch their itch for more JRPG goodness should check out the latest from Square Enix and Tokyo RPG Factory. The Chrono Trigger inspired game can be yours on the PC (via Steam (http://store.steampowered.com/app/441830/)) or PS4 (https://store.playstation.com/#!/en-us/games/i-am-setsuna/cid=UP0082-CUSA04770_00-IAMSETSUNAGAME00) starting at $39.99 (USD).

Nioh Beta Demo is out August 23. The second demo for Nioh will be out on August 23 and run until September 6. The full release is scheduled for a generic "2016" window and exclusively for the PS4.
