I'd go with a different power supply, 650W is massive overkill.
The highest output PSU you'd want to be looking at is a 520-550.

Corsair do a fabulous modular 520W, but more money could be saved by going for the non-modular 450 or 550 watt versions.

Also, on the MoBo front I myself would pick a P35 or P45 board (preferably by Asus or Gigabyte).

i agree with the above, P43/45 for the mobo and a cheaper PSU. The 945 is a pretty old mobo and it tends to have poor efficiency along as well as average performance with C2Ds.
Also the case is a little on the big side for such a basic machine, maybe just go for the antec 300?
