1.4 Patch Installation

Hi.

Everytime i try to install 1.41 patch, it says installation completed. Then when i go in game game version says the default game version. I just reformatted my comp, I have never had problems with installing the 1.41 patch, but now it doesn't take affect.

Hey. The Patch you need is v1.41, not 1.4.. ;)
Download Patch 1.41 here (or you can choose another link if you want):
http://largedownloads.ea.com/pub/patches/BF2/1.41/BF2_Patch_1.41.exe

And if you want, you can also install the new "Highway Tampa"-map.. That is a new map for Bf2 ;)
Download "Highway Tampa"-map here:
http://largedownloads.ea.com/pub/misc/BF/2/BF2_Highway_Tampa_Update.zip

And when you have Patch 1.41 installed, you should see this version number ingame:
1.1.2965-797.0 (That is 1.41).
