Invalid CDKEY BF2SF

OOOk here's the deal, my brother and i both have BF2, SF, AF, EF after installing everything, patched to 1.41 and just FYI all the cdkey's are completely valid. I can play all of them with no problems, he can play all of them EXCEPT Spec Forces. When he plays Single Player it works just fine, but when he tries to join multiplayer he gets the infamous INVALID CD KEY. We've tried manually deleting EVERYTHING, we've tried entering the cd key's into the registry like others have said to do. We even tried making a new Admin account on his computer and installing it and trying with no luck. i can login to his name's on my PC and play SF but SF will not work on his pc. He runs the dreaded Vista. I'm going to post his DXDIAG log so everyone can see what he's running. if there is ANYTHING ANYONE can suggest plz let me know.

Ok we are using completely different Cd Keys, we tried the whole x9392CDKEYHERE thing. Well today my brother took his cd's to work with him and installed it there and played SF just fine with no issues, but his PC at work runs win XP and home PC is Vista...any ideas???

Vista is not the problem. Do a complete uninstall then reinstall.

ok we have uninstalled and reinstalled bf2 and sf and expansions numerous times, even going in and deleting the registry info with no sucess
