A pretty cool looking mod has been released by community member KiLL3R. Here's what he had to say:
Well I know a lot of you don't like the air strikes and helicopters, and I like big explosions, so I made this mod where it replaces the air strike with an ion cannon style laser beam like the ones from the Command & Conquer game series. This is a beta and the helicopter hasn't been replaced, I was thinking of having a nuke, but the fx was too big so I might make it a particle cannon where you can set the angle at which you want it to travel, it moves slowly along that angle for a bit then goes.
