I have two problems.

Hello! I have two problems with BF2, one is very weird and the other one is just annoying.

First problem: Is that sometimes my game will just freeze for like 5 seconds and fo some reason it will only do it when im in a fight or flying a jet and making a turn, resulting that when it starts working again i crashed.
What i noticed is that when it occurs all my control stop working and seems like im not touching anything to control my character. It's very annoying :(

Is this just a lag spike or something? I only play servers where my ping is under 100.


Second problem: Is that when i'm in a FAV or a ground transport when i turn my mouse to look around, my ''free look'' goes sideways a bit, like i'm having my head turned diagonally.
Thing is that my mouse is low on battery....can that be the problem? Or is it something else?

Forgive me for not explaining well what the problems are in details....i don't know the words for them. :p

For the first it could be lag, lack of ram/pagefile access, etc. System specs would help.

For the second if you installed Forgotten Hope 2 then this from another thread should fix it,


figured it out. fh2 adds some commands to the land section of controls.con. one of which is roll, i cleared out the out of place commands and it worked fine.

Only a 6600GT.
But the strange thing is that i only get it on some servers.

try defragmenting your hard drive. There are plenty of trials available the best one is Diskeeper.
