COD4 Support Physics cards?

I just recently purchased COD4. I'm curious if the game supports physics cards... I've had my eye on getting one to help relieve any stress on my graphics card.. Any insight to this would help, thanks!

Physix cards arent really worth it either, pretty soon they will be built into the graphics cards anyways.

I'm pretty sure cards can already accelerate the Havok engine.
