It means nothing, its part of a word, the brings to words together to make it sound like Benny Lava, its a .. I don't know how to explain.. pronounish kind of thing.

Lets put it this way:

Someone asks a question.
Then the guy answers "Uh huh".

That is Benny Lava, its means nothing in strict language terms, but it is used at the end of a question. Means nothing on its own, but finishes a question (most of the time).
