Fav sniping spots

Well i guess i can post some of my favorite sniping spots on here.
this spot on crossfire is impossible to get killed from(least for me)Unless you get some enemies who spawn right behind you which happened to me once.

is that behind the destroyed car at the end, i find that a really great spot, but i never give mine away.

I have an idea where that spot is, but i don't know how to explain it... :D

If that is the spot what i think, i have shot quite few snipers from the other end of that street...

I usually hide beside that one wall near a building on that one map.

Haha i didnt get sniped once from that spot for the whole round,mind you thsi was on the rubberducky server to,so i had around 5 snipers dedicated to killing em but they never got me :p

Steppenwolf knows how good that spot is to.even on a killcam enabled server i never get caught there.

Oh dear, double post.

But... thats only a good thing for... 40 man servers. Otherwise you would get flanked... possibly knifed... etc.

The only time I go into those kinda servers is for target practice. :P

I gave up on that spot. You cant see enough of the map plus in one round I got killed 3 or 4 times from there. Its good for just shooting people out of windows but its not good for people crossing the middle.

20 is still quite a lot. :P Enough to keep your flanks secure.

On that map, I actually like the 2nd floor "bedroom" in the SW corner of the map. You can see down the main street and the OpFor spawn area. The ladder is the only way up and you defend it easily with just a pistol.

I don't have any other real "favorites" I just tend to move around the map and look for targets of opportunity. Then again, I almost always use OverKill w/ P90 so I'm hardly defenseless when I'm moving around.

I use that spot all the time (in the original SS) -- that's how I got 40 - 0.

best spot is right next another sniper, just make sure your hidden so while your getting the kills he is the one they are aiming at ;)

oh yeh on that map i have a great spot that for some reason everyone overlooks pretty much because to get there alive would be impossible and you have to lean out therefore reducing the time your visible. as for targets there is always someone near the middle to shoot when you peek out.

Well, once they know you're there - which it normally takes ages - they keep killin ya.

hmm not really,ive always had good teamates :)Sometimes they even set claymores for me :D

i always set clays for my teammates, not because im being kind, but because people dont understand the dynamics of the clays, the further away you set the clay, the greater the chance you will get the kill, atm people set them so close they tick and go off after the enemy has run past them.

What's the problem with telling ppl where you snipe from?
If I snipe, I'm always in the line of fire, always behind some of my team mates, they offer great protection and I can shoot anything tht attacks from some distance away, like other snipers or mounted MGs and stuff.

Also i always use that spot on Crossfire. Just stand on the counter and you can snipe the whole left street.

I think it's still crossfire... Same spot, in the first story of the bombed out building.

It also works if you stand on the counters there, and crouch to stay hidden.

i don't really have a fav spot so to speak,there are a few area's where i get more kills than other's.

when i get overkill perk i will have a bit more fun,i tend to drop my pistol for any mg atm,so when i relocate i have some kind of defense.

my best kill streak is on crash 18 kills,

i almost beat it on another map but the 19kill eluded me.

im new to the game and appreciate the kill cam,to see what other sniper use as there spot's

Im constantly moving,every 3 kills and im out of there(unless my "secret" spot :D)With killcam you have to be changing the angle of your attack.

thanks to your tip about that spot ive knifed 3 guys so far lol,:D also noticed a lot of people running into there where as before i cant remember many entering the building. maybe im reading too much into it though.

I found the best spot in overgrown to snipe from, got a 34 and a 20 kill streak. Would post the spot but then someone would always be in it when I go there and people would always be killing me in there. I have posted the spot in some other thread if you wanna go look for it.

meh i normally like some where i can quickly move from tht spot and somewhere quite obvious then the enemies come looking for me and with a quick finger BOOM i gett them with 50. cal as it is one hit kill it was anything else i would be killed
just really leaning around corners bout it and quick handy work and know where the enemy is
