Well after looking at the sliding bars for a while I got tired of trying to remember which weapon had which damage. So I eyeballed the sliders and assigned my own values to each, 4 being the maximum that each weapon could have.
I have created this chart to help people when deciding which weapons to choose and which perk to add for each. Hope it helps. It may not be 100% accurate, as I did "eyeball" the sliders.

On the shotties you put the W1200 as having a better rate of fire

Most SMG's have more damage that assault rifles? I think something's wrong...
EDIT: OK, range is half the assault rifles.. Ok...

So that explains why I like the M14 more than the G3. Plenty more damage.

Its funny, because this chart shows just how much the default weapons rule.
Can we get this stickied?

You have the M16 highlighted for accuracy, but the G3's accuracy is higher in the chart you made.

shift refresh ?
it's just the highlight color for the two items I highlighted wrong, the numbers are correct I just highlighted two lower numbers by mistake.
here is a direct link to the image if you don't see the adjusted one after shift refresh. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v115/BAMGodzilla/COD4Weapon.jpg

Good work. Any stats for the pistols? :-O

Sorry don't know that. Not sure on stopping power and how much it adds. I could add in the minus effects of silencers and bonus effects of the grip attachments, but I don't think it's needed.

I don't see any info on those in game other than the text which is written beside them, Deagle if you don't mind being noisy :)

What exactly does "accuracy" means?
Sniper rifles have accuracy close to AK's... :\
Is the chart base on statistic or the bars shown in the weapons select screen?
nevertheless nice chart cheeeeeeeers ^^

Hes showing it based on the chart... so all of them will have similar "numbers." But thats the rating per class, not all weapons.
Eg. They're only comparing an LMG to an LMG, not an AR to an LMG.

This chart is saying that the G3 and M16 do the same amount of damage (2.3). Now, there are a few reasons why there are problems with this. First off, if it's on a per bullet basis, what is being said is the G3 does the same damage per bullet as the M16, which I find preposterous since the M16 fires 5.56x45 NATO while the G3 fires 7.62x51 NATO (A much, much bigger bullet.) If it's the M16's burst versus the G3's per bullet damage, then it still doesn't make sense, since the M16 needs two bursts to kill without stopping power, while the G3 needs three torso shots (Also sans stopping power) to kill.

^ as I said I only went by what the sliders in the game were telling me, and if you look at them yourself you will see that my chart shows what the sliders show.

Your chart is likely pretty accurate, based on the sliders.
However, someone posted a similar thing awhile back, and I mentioned there too that I think the slider bars themselves do not represent all the info correctly. For instance, the Skorpion being most accurate SMG? Not from what I've experienced, nor from what I read in the official strategy guide.
I think some of the data in those sliders has to be taken with a grain of salt.

I think that the weapons' statistics shown in-game are only to compare/contrast it with others in the same category.

Experience > statistic.
A lots of factors not included in the slider (recoil is a great example). Its great for new player to see which gun to try first, one gun will be more effective than others to a individual.

I found this chart on the TWL forums. All credit goes to those on the image. These numbers are from actual files in the CoD directory. No guess-y, AFAIK.

I really would love to know how much less round's it take's to kill with stopping power.. like lets say the G3 take's 3 round's to the chest to kill someone with stopping power how much does it take with out it and is stopping power really worth having on all my gun set up's?

Why don't you set up a listen server and hop on there with a friend or two, test it out, and type up the results? ;)

i have alot of experience with all the SMG's and now have my Gold Uzi to prove it, along the way to getting it, i found the Scorpion to be the MOST accurate SMG, it has barely any recoil and can get headshots over a great range.

Interesting, considering that both charts indicate that it has the lowest range of the SMG's.
Upon further testing, I have to clarify my earlier statement...in testing the Skorpion vs MP5 against a wooden wall at a medium-CQC distance, the Skorpion is actually bit more accurate when not moving (ie. tighter bullet pattern/grouping on the wall).
If you are in motion however (ie. strafing), then the MP5 is more accurate (ie. tighter bullet pattern). Same number of bullets were fired in both cases, and Steady Aim was not used.
This explains why I thought the Skorpion was much less accurate, as I remember playing mostly CQC maps when I was trying to accomplish the challenges for it, and was usually on the move.

I've found a new liking for Skorpion and Mini-Uzi playing through the MP for a second time. They are both quite deadly when used within their optimal parameters!
Both would be great choices for Snipers with Overkill.
The chart here is based on the graphical readout from within the game. This is not accurate. I'm interested in this 'listen server' but know nothing about it. Can you explain futher please?

A listen server is just the simple one you can run on your own PC and play on at the same time (in contrast, a dedicated server is one that runs on a PC, but no one plays on that specific PC - all its resources are dedicated to running the game server).
To run a listen server, select "Create New Server" in the Multiplayer section. It may or may not show up on the server browser list, however, due to various bugs, so your friends may have to connect directly via entering the IP in the console (note: if they do this, they will NEED to enter the port number as well, or they'll get an error).

actually that sounds right, i was going for the headshots so if i saw a guy at range i took my time to get the shot, and it felt like no recoil or range deterioration.

Gotcha. I was wondering if it was "listening" to events and writing a log file. I'd normally call a "listen server" a "shared server or local server" in other games. Thanks for the 'splainer.
