Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare has taken home the top honors at the Spike TV's 2007 Video Game Awards (http://www.ifilm.com/show/23733). Take a look:
Santa Monica, CA – December 10, 2007 – Infinity Ward’s Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare™, the epic first person action game from Activision, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATVI), earned top honors as Best Shooter and Best Military Game at Spike TV’s 5th Annual “Video Game Awards” (VGA) show, which was held at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas on Friday, December 7.
“We’re thrilled that Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare was recognized as best in class by our peers and the media,” said Robin Kaminsky, executive vice president of publishing, Activision, Inc. “Activision is committed to creating great gameplay experiences and these awards are a testament to the vision, talent and commitment of the development team at Infinity Ward.”
