help in MP

every time i go into a sever i lose connection. i look at my wireless card and the speed is 1.0MBPS(normally at 18-32mbps) it only drops when i play cod4 havent tried another game. any1 have any ideas on wut i can do.

as soon as i alt-tab the MBPS goes back up to normal
